1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fwndly. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Acceptable Use

Fwndly is a platform for making friends through shared activities. You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or illegal material
• Use the platform for dating, solicitation, or commercial purposes
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Spam or send unsolicited promotional messages

3. Safety Disclaimer

Activities are organized between users. Fwndly facilitates connections but is not responsible for what happens at activities. You are responsible for your own safety. Always meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and trust your instincts.

4. Subscription Terms

Fwndly offers optional paid subscriptions (Connector and Friend tiers). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime through your device's app store settings. No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms. If you receive multiple reports from other users, your account may be automatically suspended for review. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fwndly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
